Alcester Island

ALCESTER ISLAND, PAPUA NEW GUINEA

As well as Alcester, South Dakota, USA, there is also an Alcester Island, in Papua New Guinea (see map below).  It is one of the Trobriand Islands, 70 km south of Woodlark (Murua) Island.
